JICA project team conduct socialization of land subsidence that was hold at West Jakarta Mayor office in November 2019. The officer and other related stake holders were given introduction of action plan as countermeasures to stop land subsidence that occurred in some area in West Jakarta. Since the main cause of land subsidence is the utilization of ground water and the countermeasures related the massive water extraction are included in action plan. other important things mentioned are about the Smart Meter which has been used with the purpose to gain the real-time data of ground water extraction and monitoring wells construction plan.
